Guests can choose to relax in the lounge for a pre or post dinner drink while the main dining area features a beautiful open grill kitchen with a stunning Himalayan salt wall as backdrop giving diners an one-of-a-kind dining experience.

RIB EYE

Rib Eye is both flavourful and tender, coming from the lightly worked upper rib cage area. Its marbling of fat makes it very good for slow oven roasting and grilling.

TOMAHAWK STEAK

Tomahawk Steak is named because of its resemblance to a tomahawk axe. It's a Bone-In Rib Steak with the entire rib bone intact. The long bone is french-trimmed, leaving an amazing presentation, curved like a gladiator's sica.

SKIRT STEAK

Skirt steak is a cut of beef steak from the plate. It is long, flat, and prized for its flavour rather than tenderness.

STRIP STEAK

Strip steak is a cut of beef steaks from the short loin. It consists of a muscle that does little work, making the meat lean, tender and full-flavoured.

PORTERHOUSE

The Porterhouse is a larger version of the T-Bone because it is carved from the larger portion of the tenderloin. A Porterhouse is the "King of All Steaks."

THE BAR

As patrons enter Chambers they will be greeted by the impressive Bar which is the central feature of the lounge area. A dual purpose feature, this elliptical space will serve on one side as a bar for guests to enjoy while sitting in the lounge prior to their dinner; the opposite side will serve as a cold bar with supporting service to the restaurant. The bar will also define and separate the spaces of the lounge and the restaurant.

THE WINE CELLAR

Located adjacent to the bar, the Wine Cellar also helps to delineate the lounge and restaurant. The full height glass enclosure will display a fine selection of wines to be paired with the guest's meals that they can peruse prior to their meal. Access into the center of the cellar allows staff to access wines that guests choose and also offers space for guests to do small wine tastings.

THE DINING ZONE THE GRILL

The main element of Chambers is the grill counter. As the key focal point, the grill will be characterized by its dynamic shape and warmth of the oxidized metal cladding. The grill will have ample space for chefs to prepare the variety of meats on the menu and will provide an experience for guests as they sit and watch the chef prepare their meal.

THE HIMALAYAN SALT WALL

The Himalayan Salt Wall creates a stunning backdrop to the open fire grill. This functional feature allows for meats to be aged naturally. The warm glow from the wall creates an amazing glow throughout the restaurant.

THE PRIVATE DINING ROOM

Behind the grill is the Private Dining Room offering guests an exclusive dining experience, whether celebrating a special occasion or a casual business lunch/dinner, the space is smartly tucked away from the bustle of the main dining room and the lounge.

Marc Fery has more than 18 years of extensive experience working with various luxury and flagship hotels and award winning establishments including Michelin-starred restaurants. With the full support of his family, he started apprenticeship at the age of 16, when his passion for food flourished. His French roots nurtured him with exquisite taste buds and passion for gastronomy, while, his German upbringing orientates a strict discipline which he brings to the kitchen. Marc believes that the cultural identity of a country starts with its culinary heritage, and thus, began his extraordinary culinary journey working in different parts of the globe. He is indeed a well-traveled chef with a world of influences.
