Behind the grill is the Private Dining Room offering guests an exclusive experience while dining, whether celebrating a special occasion or a casual business lunch/dinner, the space is smartly tucked away from the bustle of the main dining room and the lounge.
Behind the grill, the Himalayan Salt Wall creates a stunning backdrop to the open fire grill. This functional feature allows for meats to be aged naturally. The warm glow from the wall creates an amazing glow throughout the restaurant.
The main element of Chambers is the grill counter. As the key focal point, the grill will be characterized by its dynamic shape and warmth of the oxidized metal cladding. The grill will have ample space for chefs to prepare the variety of meats on the menu and will provide an experience for guests as they sit and watch the chef prepare their meal.
Located adjacent to the bar, the Wine Cellar also helps to delineate the lounge and restaurant. The full height glass enclosure will display a fine selection of wines to be paired with the guest's meals that they can peruse prior to their meal. Access into the center of the cellar allows staff to access wines that guests choose and also offers space for guests to do small wine tastings.
As patrons enter Chambers they will be greeted by the impressive Bar which is the central feature of the lounge area. A dual purpose feature, this elliptical space will serve on one side as a bar for guests to enjoy while sitting in the lounge prior to their dinner; the opposite side will serve as a cold bar with supporting service to the restaurant. The bar will also define and separate the spaces of the lounge and the restaurant.
